We found UNITY in a team-building place.
Sixense Northern America’s Instrumentation & Monitoring Bootcamp was all about incredible ideas and an even more amazing team connecting.
Over three days in November, senior staff from our US and Canada offices gathered to refine processes, tackle challenges, and elevate our innovations. This event wasn’t just about technical discussions—it was about bringing our teams together to share experiences, collaborate, and improve the way we work.
Innovation and Strategy
The bootcamp featured a series of insightful sessions, including:
- Opening remarks from our CEOs, Loic Galisson & Gilles Erdogan
- Project and operational highlights from each of our territories
- Advancements in instrumentation & monitoring technologies
- Bidding and business development strategies
- Quality control and lessons learned
- Brainstorming new ideas to drive efficiency and innovation
With expertise from multiple offices coming together, the conversations were productive, the discussions engaging, and the insights invaluable.
Exploring Seattle’s Underground
Our teams also enjoyed a little fun, experiencing a historical adventure: an iconic tour of the Bill Speidel’s Pioneer Underground in Seattle.
We wrapped up the bootcamp with a fantastic dinner at Ray’s Boathouse, enjoying delicious food, laughter, and the stunning waterfront views.
Looking Ahead
This seminar was a launchpad for future improvements. Everyone left Seattle with new ideas, valuable insights, and plenty of “homework” to keep the momentum going. We believe that when we come together to share ideas, skills, and support, our work becomes not only more effective but also more enjoyable.
A huge thank you to everyone who planned, participated, and contributed to making 2024’s Instrumentation & Monitoring Bootcamp a success!
